Play and Learn

Gymboree's Play and Learn was lots of fun coaching Grant through tunnels and obstacles. There were several children in the 6-10 month range and its a great interactive class with kicking balls, singing, wiggling, jumping and more.  All with the help of mom of course.
This picture just cracks me up because this is the true personality of my little firecracker. He's always on the "go" and rarely ever relaxes or sits in my lap. While the others babies were in their parents laps during activities Grant had to stand and be vocal or be pulling away from me to go play.

Grant loves to get around. He can make it up the entire staircase at home already.  Here's his 1st time playing in a tunnel.

Monkeying Around

Went to the Santa Ana Zoo again.  Not sure if Grant has more fun or mommy watching the monkeys swing from vine to vine and show off. We were entertained for a while at each exhibit.
Grant went on his 1st train ride, I can't wait to take him on roller coasters! He was talking and trying to grab on the sides and hang out the car so I strapped him in the carrier. My little dare devil.
What a great end of the day, lunch and a bottle in the shade. Next time we have to go on the carousel and feed the goats, they were closed.

Splashing for Treasure

Grant jumped right in splashing and digging for floating and buried treasures. I was surprised because he doesn't splash in the bath tub, he's much more relaxed like he's at a spa.  So today was fun watching him discover new things with friends.

Bed Time

This is how I found Grant when I got up one morning. Resting his head gently on his pillows, what a good nights sleep.

Swing baby Swing

Tri City Park in Placentia is a great find especially because they have baby swings.  There is a lake with lots of ducks and geese large and small to feed as well. Grant was just chillin in the swing looking cool checking out the girlie's till mom pushed him softly. "I like the swing!"
Having a refreshing bottle under a tree in the park after a nice day at the park feeding the ducks and playing on the swing.
