My Pen (email) Pal

7 years ago I met Jenna on an online USMC support site when our boyfriends were in boot camp.  We have never met face-to-face and we stayed in touch mostly by email which is why I call her my pen pal.  We FINALLY MET last Friday, July 2012.

Baby Beach @ Dana Point

I'm wearing an umbrella, diaper bag around my neck, back pack, 2 chairs and of course Grant. We had to take this pic to show the production it takes to take 4 kids to the beach for the day. I thought we were going camping we had so much stuff.

MUD DAY!

We are getting ready for our play date.  The theme is MUD. 

This is our before picture.

Being introduced to mud. Not sure if he wants to touch it.  I love that he is the smallest one here trying to fit in with the big league.

At the bottom of the slide there was a baby pool full of mud.

The after mud show.  Great play date.  2 slides with kiddie mud pools at the bottom, mud pie's, paint with mud and of course a water slip and slide to clean off.

Hi!

Grant learned how to "Hi Five" before he learned to wave but we've been practicing.  Today we had lunch at a place I use to frequent on the weekends years ago.  All the girls still worked there and were waving and smiling at Grant.  He waved back and said "Hi" for the 1st time.  I'm so excited, he's learning and growing up so fast.
